In 2015, parents Matt and Megin Sharp from Lexington, Kentucky, dreamed of helping their daughter Ella grow stronger—not just physically but in confidence too. What began as a heartfelt mission on a napkin in a restaurant blossomed into a science-backed movement. Alongside Lincoln Brown, they co-founded KidStrong, and what started with one idea has now soared to over 160 locations, serving 65,000+ kids weekly across the U.S. and Canada.

In Omaha’s Backyard
KidStrong Omaha, located at 12226 K Plaza, Suite 109 in Millard, offers local families access to this vibrant program. It runs structured, developmental classes for children aged roughly 14 months to 11 years.
Owners, Dustin and Angela, have spent over 20 years mentoring kids and “being in their corner.” In 2023, they brought that passion to Omaha by opening KidStrong Omaha, now home to 500+ families and 275+ five-star reviews. Their mission is simple but powerful: helping kids win at life and it’s thriving right here in our community!
